안녕하세요. 계정명 자체에 대한 기록삭제는 개인정보 또는 비방목적 계정명 등이 아닌 이상 일반 계정명에 대해서는 시행하지 않습니다. 그리고 해당 사용자의 기여 내용도 판 삭제로 대응할 필요가 없는 내용이어서, 오히려 다른 사용자가 해당 사용자의 남용행위를 확인할 수 없게 되는 문제가 발생합니다. 해당 사용자에 대한 남용기록을 다른 사용자가 확인할 수 있게 25일자 기록삭제 등을 되돌려주시기를 요청드립니다. --Sotiale (토론) 2024년 4월 29일 (월) 00:22 (KST)

Hello. I have checked and most of the users are no longer active so I do not think they will mind a ping. Some of the active users were global sysops or other international users so I think they are used to pings from around the world. As for the few remaing active users I also changed their talk page. Another thing I noticed that many files do not have a formal license telling about the use of the files. All files should have information about source, author and a formal license like cc-by-sa-4.0 or PD-old.
